• Take baked rolls, multigrain rolls, whole grain bread and croissants from our freezer
• Write it down on the bread-list and bake it in your apartment for 3 - 4 minutes in the oven
• On the day of departure, please pay for the rolls in cash. Thank you

Use our SodaStream to instantly turn fresh tap water into sparkling water. By doing so, you are making an active contribution to environmental protection and can save plastic bottles.

2,50 € per guest / day Children up to the age of 15 are exempt from local taxes. From 01 December 2025, the local tax will increase to 3.50 euros.

Arrival and Departure

• Your apartment is ready for occupancy by 3 p.m. at the latest
• On the day of departure, we may ask you to vacate it by 10:00 a.m. at the latest
• Welcome- Check-InPlease contact me 30 minutes before your arrival in Söll on 0043 664 222 4915, so I personally can give you all the information

Bathrobe

• In the apartment we have prepared fluffy bathrobes for the duration of your stay

E-Bike

• Discover the Wilder Kaiser holiday region by e-bike or e-mountain bike

• We would be happy to recommend some very good restaurants in the immediate vicinity of our house. (Please reserve in advance)

Ski- and Boot Room | Ski Bus

• Our comfortable ski room with ski boot dryer is available at any time, please only use it via the outside stairs for safety reasons. The ski bus stop is 250m away from the house on the right at the "Pension Sillaber"
• Die Skibushaltestelle befindet sich 250m vom Haus rechts bei der „Pension Sillaber“ entfernt

• Sport Edinger – at the gondola bottom station
• Skicenter Stoll – opposite the Aparthotel Bergland (450 m in front of the gondola bottom station)

Final payment: 70% one week before arrival
As a special service, we offer the Hotel Cancellation Plus insurance.

We are entitled to unilaterally cancel the booking if we do not receive the deposit on time.

Due to the current situation we are pleased to offer you our special rebooking options for any already booked stays and all new bookings as following:

• Cancellation free of charge up to 3 months before arrival
• Up to 1 month before arrival, we charge 40% of the arrangement price
• Up to 1 week before arrival, we charge 70% of the arrangement price
• In the last week before arrival, we charge 90% of the arrangement price
• In case of early departure or no-show, we charge 100%
• 30% deposit of the arrangement price

Should the journey not be feasible due to personal illness or any other personal reasons, we strongly recommend travel insurance.
